Yes, and all ability levels welcome. Its a great way to enjoy the outdoors and improve physical and mental well-being. If you looking to lose weight, increase strength or improve flexibility, then come along.
WILL I KEEP UP, IS EVERYONE SUPER FIT?
I like to run a fitness classes that is for everyone, and work individuals at the pace they feel comfortable with, when I demonstrate exercises I provide different options and levels, therefore you choose. If you want to be pushed, or work towards something specific, then provide more of a challenging workout.
HAVE AN INJURY OR SUFFERING WITH MOVEMENT RESTRICTIONS, CAN YOU STILL TAKE PART!

I require participants to fill in the contact form, or alternatively contact me directly. After that the answer is yes.. the first session is FREE!
